Andrew Barret Cox is a composer, performer, and producer based in New York City, known for blending underground culture and unconventional storytelling in his art. His music has been featured on the Emmy-winning RuPaul's Drag Race, with popular tracks like "Let Loose," "Jantasy," and "Sweet and Sour" earning acclaim from fans and recognition from publications such as Billboard, PopCrave, and Queerty. In addition to his musical contributions, he has designed striking runway looks for multiple queens on RuPaul's Drag Race. Andrew’s versatility shone in his musical OSCAR at The Crown, where he served as composer, music director, choreographer, and costume designer. Described by the New York Times as "a party-inducing Rocky Horror transplanted to a 1990s Madonna video," the show has captivated audiences in the UK, having just opened in the West End. The Musical Theatre review stated that "the strength of Oscar at the Crown, though, is the music: highenergy dance tracks that sound like they could be played in any club in the country this weekend… utterly brilliant and make for an enjoyable and euphoric listen." As a pivotal member of DaddyTV, Andrew has composed theme songs and scored hundreds of episodes for OUTtv’s varied lineup, including standout series like Hot Haus with Tiffany Pollard, Iconic Justice featuring Willam Belli, Slag Wars with The Cock Destroyers, and For The Love of DILFS hosted by Stormy Daniels. Andrew has been the emcee for New York's premier queer party, Hot Rabbit, for over a decade and is also the visionary behind Apocalypse Noir, a band and nightlife experience celebrated for its high-octane vocals and captivating performances across New York City. This immersive, high-energy cabaret fuses drag, powerful vocals, and theater, adding a dark twist to classic cabaret culture while channeling the electric spirit of NYC nightlife.

Apocalypse Noir is a genre-defying queer band, performance collective, drag cabaret, and immersive rock experience based in New York City. Founded by Andrew Barret Cox, the group fuses searing live vocals and over-the-top visuals into a high-octane blend of rock concert, drag show, and underground cabaret. Blurring the lines between theater, nightlife, and live music, Apocalypse Noir has carved out a cult following with their weekly shows at Hell’s Kitchen’s Balcon Salon, where audiences gather for what Time Out New York calls “a gender-bending, mic-grabbing, bar-stomping fever dream.” The ensemble features powerhouse vocalists Hayley Moir and Dani Lu, alongside a rotating cast of dancers, freaks, and nightlife icons
