Become a Sponsor or Vendor

We are thrilled to inform you we have opened sponsor and vendor registration!

We will be using eventhub.net for our registration and communication platform. This will make signing up for our events easier and keeps all your information stored in one place! Don’t worry – creating an account on EventHub is completely free.

To register for our event this year, follow these steps:

Click the REGISTER HERE button below to go to our Showcase Page on EventHub
Add the booth type you want to your cart from the Pricing Box and click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
You will be prompted to create an account or log-in if you have previously created an eventHub account. Then, you can continue through checkout!

At checkout, you will be able to enter your top three booth location preferences, purchase add-ons, complete your profile application and lastly select your preferred payment method (check or credit card).
Submit your order! Note: If you opted for credit card payment, your payment will be placed on hold and does not get processed until after we approve your order.

Please Note: Vendor prices will increase on May 16th, 2025, by $50 in each category, except for the “Discounted Booth Space”. Returning vendors applying and paying for their booth by May 15th can opt to be assigned the same booth space. Returning sponsors who commit to sponsoring by May 15th can also opt to keep their same booth space.
