Freeda Kulo is a Mexican-American drag artist, producer, and creative visionary redefining New York City nightlife through bold performance, cultural storytelling, and community impact. Raised between Mexico and the United States, she blends glamour, humor, and advocacy to celebrate Latinx heritage and queer joy. Freeda is the former Miss’d America 2024, Miss Paradise 2024, and the final Lady Liberty titleholder. She is the reigning Miss Hell’s Kitchen 2025 and will be stepping down on Oct 11 at the Ailey Citigroup Theater in Manhattan. She produces NYC’s GLAM Award-winning Best Drag Brunch At Kween in Astoria and she has appeared on Netflix’s Survival of the Thickest. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, Freeda uses drag to uplift BIPOC and LGBTQ+ voices, promote HIV/AIDS awareness, and create vibrant, inclusive spaces where culture, community, and celebration thrive.
